Bengala dye base dye 50ml

Base dye is an aid that fixes red ochre to the fibers through ionization.
The color adheres easily to any material and produces vibrant colors.

This helps prevent bleeding between the white and dyed areas when tie-dyeing or board-tied dyeing.
The result is a clear and crisp pattern.

As the dye adheres better, no red ocher remains in the water, making the water clear.

Detailed Description [Features]

If you pre-dye the fabric before dyeing, the dye will be absorbed better and the dye will be soaked up so well that the dye solution becomes transparent.
It is a slightly thick liquid, so mix it well with the water.

[How to use]

After base dyeing, the fabric can be dyed immediately while it is still wet.
Even after drying, the effectiveness remains.
If you are not going to dye it right away, allow it to dry.

Base dyeing procedure

(1) Weigh the item to be dyed.
Be sure to measure it dry.

(2) Make sure the entire fabric is thoroughly soaked in water.
If there is oil remaining on the fabric and it repels water, please wash it in hot water or dry it first.

(3) Prepare enough water to cover the fabric.
Add the base dye and stir well.
● Recommended amount of water: About 10 times the weight of the dough.
● Guideline for base dye: 3% of fabric weight.

(4) Add the batter and let it soak for 2 to 3 minutes.

(5) Squeeze by hand and rinse twice with clean water.
This is an important step to ensure even dyeing.

(6) Dehydrate or squeeze thoroughly by hand.
This completes the base dyeing.
