Detailed Description [Features]

Bengala dye is a natural dye that can be dyed with water.
The trick is to not waste water and to knead the fabric well when dyeing.

Since this product is made from natural materials, it can be used safely for a variety of purposes.

[How to use]

If you pre-dye the fabric before dyeing, the dye will be absorbed better and the dye will be soaked up so well that the dye solution becomes transparent.

Bengala dyeing procedure

(1) Prepare a bucket with enough water to cover the fabric.
As a guideline, use 10 times the weight of the dough in water.

(2) Before dyeing, thoroughly soak the entire garment in water and squeeze it out lightly.
For fabrics that are difficult for water to penetrate, soak them in hot water once to remove oil.

(3) The dye liquid will have settled, so shake it well before using.
Add the dye solution in small amounts three times.
A good guideline is about 8% of the weight of the item to be dyed.

(4) Add the fabric and knead well for 1 to 2 minutes before dyeing.
By kneading well, the dye will penetrate deeply into the fibers and become more resistant to fading.
If you want a darker dye, add more liquid and dye repeatedly.

(5) Once dyed, squeeze the water out by hand or spin-dry, then dry completely in the sun.
Thorough drying will allow the color to set more firmly, resulting in less uneven dyeing.
